With over two decades of experience in Hyderabad’s leading corporate hospitals, T. Swarnalatha founded Adore Home Care Nursing Services to address the growing need for compassionate and professional home-based care — especially for the elderly and bedridden.

Her frontline experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, managing critical home isolation cases, highlighted the urgent need for structured, safe, and reliable nursing care at home. With the strategic support of her brother, Mr. Velpula Sudhakar (MBA), the journey began modestly with just three staff members. Today, Adore proudly serves over 4,000 families across Hyderabad with 24/7 care.

Under her leadership, Adore has grown into a trusted name in home healthcare — employing 300+ professionals and delivering hospital-quality services in the comfort of patients’ homes.

A proud entrepreneur with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a strong foundation built over a decade in the corporate world. I’ve served in reputed multinational companies, evolving from an Executive to Senior Manager, with hands-on experience in branch operations, team management, and overseeing Pan-India activities.

But during the unprecedented times of the COVID-19 pandemic, life took a transformative turn. Alongside my sister, Ms. Swarnalatha, a B.Sc. Nursing graduate with frontline experience, we stood shoulder to shoulder to support countless families. Together, we personally cared for COVID-positive patients during isolation, helping them recover with compassion and care — achieving a 99.9% recovery rate. That period of uncertainty revealed a deeper calling — a mission to serve the elderly and the medically needy.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, Ms. Sulochana has been a key force behind Adore’s operations since 2019. She leads with empathy, precision, and a deep understanding of patient care, ensuring personalized and high-quality home nursing services across Hyderabad.

A dedicated mentor, she has played a pivotal role in building Adore’s caregiver training system — empowering unemployed youth with skills and opportunities in healthcare. Her leadership continues to drive operational excellence, caregiver development, and patient satisfaction at every level.

Ms. Mounica

Admin Manager
Adore Home Care Nursing Services, Secunderabad
Qualification: B-Tech Graduate

As Admin Manager, Ms. Mounica plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of our Secunderabad branch. With a strong focus on coordination, client service, and team support, she ensures the smooth delivery of quality home care services.

Her responsibilities include staff recruitment and deployment, client communication, scheduling, documentation, and backend support. She works closely with both clinical and field teams to uphold service standards and ensure each family’s needs are met with efficiency and care.
