Foley Cath Insertion

  • Urine catheter (regular/silicon) insertion at home by a nurse
  • A common indwelling urinary catheter used to drain urine from the bladder
  • Additional cost for Bactiguard technology

IV Fusion

  • IV injection at home
    - Procedure to administer medications and electrolyte fluids intravenously through a vein
  • Cannula must already be in place
  • Service duration: 45-60 minutes; additional time is charged at ₹250 per hour
  • Medication charges are not included

I/V CANNULA INSERTION FOR ANTI BIOTICS (excluding iv fluids and iv medicine)

  • IV cannula insertion at home
  • Tube inserted into a vein to provide fluids for dehydration or inability to drink
  • Nurse stationed for 60 minutes
  • Additional charges apply for time beyond 60 minutes at ₹250 per hour

IV INJECTION (Cannula already in place)

  • IV injection at home
  • Procedure to administer medications and electrolyte fluids intravenously through a vein
  • Medication charges are not included

ENEMA

  • Enema at home
  • Procedure to cleanse or stimulate bowel movements

GRBS

  • Sugar check at home
  • Measuring blood glucose levels, regardless of your last meal time

ABG collection

  • Blood gas collection at home
  • To evaluate respiratory diseases and conditions affecting the lungs

S/C INJECTION/IM INJECTION/VACCINATION (excludes medicine)

  • Subcutaneous injection at home
  • Intramuscular injection at home
  • Vaccination at home
  • Vaccination involves administering a vaccine to develop immunity against diseases

Albumin Infusion

  • IV albumin injection at home (includes/excludes albumin)
  • Used to treat or prevent shock following injury, bleeding, or burns by increasing blood plasma volume

COLOSTOMY BAG CHANGE (colostomy bag to be procured by family)

  • Closed bags may need to be changed 1 to 3 times a day.
  • Drainable bags should be replaced every 2 to 3 days.

PICC LINE (dressing / removal)

  • PICC line dressing at home
  • Procedure to change the dressing that safeguards the catheter site

RYLES TUBE INSERTION

  • Nasal feeding tube insertion at home
  • Procedure to administer food and medicine through the nostril, down the esophagus
  • Ryle's tube insertion with a PVC tube
  • Additional charges apply for Fraka tube, as per actual cost

SUTURE REMOVAL (with stapler/with scissor) by Nurse

  • Stitch removal (with stapler or scissors) by a nurse
    • Removal of staples using a sterile technique and staple extractor
    • Removal of stitches using a sterile technique and scissors

TPN INFUSION (Total Parental Nurtrion Bag)

  • IV nutrition bag infusion at home
  • Provides parenteral nutrition as a liquid solution directly into the bloodstream
  • Infusion duration: up to 24 hours via an infusion pump, including a 3-chambered bag with medication

WOUND DEBRIDEMENT

  • Wound debridement at home
  • A procedure to facilitate healing when a wound is not healing well on its own
  • Includes surgical sharp and conservative sharp debridement performed by a skilled practitioner using instruments such as scalpel, curette, scissors, rongeur, and forceps

CHEMOPORT HANDLING AT HOME

  • Additional procedure charges apply for TPN, blood transfusion, chemotherapy, IV fluids, IV medication, and IV antibiotics
  • Chemo port care at home
  • Maintenance of the chemo port to prevent clogging of blood or medication when the port is not in use

PLASMA INFUSION(AT HOME)

 
  • Plasma infusion (includes 5 bags of plasma)
  • Procedure includes:
    • Blood sample collection for cross-matching on the day of transfusion by a nurse
    • Doctor assessment and monitoring charges for the first 30 minutes of transfusion
    • Plasma administration charges and emergency management (excluding hospital transport in case of emergency)
  • Donated blood is processed to remove blood cells, leaving behind liquid plasma and antibodies to combat viruses

BLOOD TRANSFUSION (blood to be procured by family )

  • Blood transfusion at home
  • A potentially life-saving procedure to replace blood lost due to surgery or injury
  • Includes:
    • Blood sample collection for cross-matching on the day of transfusion by a nurse (twice—once for cross-matching and once for blood administration)
    • Doctor assessment and monitoring charges for the first 30 minutes of transfusion
    • Blood administration charges and emergency management (excluding hospital transport in case of emergency)

Wound dressing

  • Sterile wound dressing at home for faster healing and infection prevention

ECG

  • Expert at home ECG services for accurate heart rhythm assessment
